We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who brings an excellence-driven mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy to a diverse and active population

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized, goal-driven plans of care

• Integrate rehabilitation and performance principles to support long-term success

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, performance coaches, and medical professionals

• Progress through KIMEU, our internal education ecosystem, toward becoming a KIME-Certified High Performance Sports Medicine Specialist

• Contribute to a culture that values excellence, accountability, and trust

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of California

• PT, MPT, or DPT degree

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with patients and teammates

• A patient-first mindset paired with personal accountability
  

Encouraged (Not Required)

• Background in athletics, coaching, or performance training

• Certifications such as CSCS, NSCA, PES, ACSM, or equivalent.
